My story

I’m a proud Des Moines native — I grew up on the South Side and now call the city home. I graduated from the AVEDA Institute in 2010 and began my career in AVEDA salons before stepping out on my own in 2018 to create Lemon Head Hair.

My Specialties

I specialize in lived-in color that grows out seamlessly and love helping guests with fine hair find styles that feel full, effortless, and uniquely theirs. Creating customized colors and natural, wearable looks is truly my passion.

Life Outside the Salon

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me running, spending time with my family, or enjoying a night with my girlfriends. My cousin is like the sister I never had, and I’m also a proud dog mom to the sweetest pup, Maybe.
